The SAI*8 stand alone inverter is an intelligent power product designed for telecommunication and general usage. The inverter inverts the DC voltage to high quality AC sine wave output voltage through high frequency power technology. In case of overload or failure, the load is switched to an AC bypass line. The load will be returned to the inverter upon restoration of the inverter output or upon removal of the overload. The inverter is available in two factory preset modes, online and offline; In online mode, the load is powered by the inverter and the AC bypass mains are on standby. In offline mode, the load is powered by the AC bypass mains and the inverter is on standby. It is available with four specifications: **0VA, 1kVA, 2kVA and 3kVA. With a standard *9" rack design and 2U height, it is compact, lightweight and simple to operate.
