"FLEX HEAD 3D" with RACT system(Real Adjusted Cutting Trace) its advanced mechanism based on digitally controlled servo-drives and precise transmissions with a low tolerance of clearance allows very precise beveling of metal sheets during one process. In order to fulfill the complete range of requirements, Flex Head 3D is able to rotate for **0° what in practical use is more than sufficient. Together with tilting up to +/- *5 °we get very universal tool for cutting out holes and making bevels.

However main advantage of this system is mechanically assured steady point of torch, in contrast to different technical solutions on market for which the point has to be constantly controlled and corrected by software. This mechanical precision makes possible accuracy of positioning to 0,1 mm.
The precise chamfering of metal sheets and possibility of cutting out any curve are only examples of use. According to requirements of industry the "Flex Head 3D" is also an ideal solution in conjunction with our system for pipes cutting (ESR). Chamfering of pipes while the cutting process, what means its preparation for bond and cutting out beveled holes are its additional advantage. Flex Head 3D is offered with Sapphire BL2 cutting machine as a complex and universal device for metal cutting. This system fulfills expectations of our customers in various branches of industrial production. Angle of rotation **0° and angle of deflection to *5°make possible the preparation of beveled edges such as welding chamfer directly during cutting out of elements from metal sheets. At the same time the Flex Head 3D ensures high precision of the measurement of the distance from the material and fast change of the cutting angle, thanks to precise CNC controlling and guaranteed accuracy of positioning of the torch is 0,1mm.
