Products Explanation and Usage
Scale and rust remover XYLP***0 is a neutral rust remover. It can remove the scale, rust, oil paint, and organic impurity on the metal’s surface. In the new system, you can establish a cleaning and protective system to start the guarantee of effect and the maintaining of equipment by using XYLP***0. This product is specially designed to effectively dissolve rust sediments, and passivate parent metal.
Dosage and Usage
Pretreatment cleaning
Dose 2% - 6% solution, keep *4 to *2 hours cycle. Start the system treatment after cleaned by fresh water.
Rust Removing
Dose 5% to *0% solution, circulate at least *8 hours. Keep the PH value of XYLP***0 in the recommended range. The actual processing level of XYLP***0 depends on several factors, such as ferrous and non-ferrous components, sediment etc .The products should be used according to the  recommended method by our company.
Pakage:
XYLP***0 is a liquid mixture, *5kg or **0kg each drum .
