SHOCK MAT instructions: SHOCK MAT will prevent your pet from the location where you want to protect, preventing further damage.   Set up the batteries 1 Remove the battery cover by pressing down on the arrow and sliding it forward. 2 Install three new AA batteries. 3 Lay the SHOCK MAT down with the battery box facing up. 4 Pressing the power switch for about three seconds can turn on or off the unit. The power indicator light will be yellow when the unit is on, or it will remain off. 5 When the unit is on , pressing the switch shortly can choose the strength of static pulses（L / M / H）. 6You are now ready to test your SHOCK MAT.
