1.Scattered datas. Every process has its own code and quality standard. Before we get all datas,nobody can know where the material is from. So the quality evaluation system would be fair and objective. 

2.Implement responsibility. Every lot of rugs has its own serial number. If any quality problem appears,we can track the sorting worker and also the source of the material. Thus we can give awards to good workers and good suppliers. And punish those bad workers and bad suppliers.

        Our complete work process of recycling used clothing consists of sorting, grading, packing and dispatch.

We receive mixed used clothesrags from our local places which basically speaking is unsorted used clothing.  These used clothing are then put on the conveyor belts with sorters on both sides who have been professionally trained to pick up pre-assigned piece ofused clothing. This process leads to basic segregation of mixed rags into about *0 different items namely shirts, pants, blouses, skirts etc.  These items are then send to next process stage.
