Monel is a Ni-Cu anticorrosion alloy, it is anticorrosion well,and it has below capability:

1.     stay well in sea water and chemical anticorrosion capability

2.     can bear chloride stress corrosion

3.     Good mechanical property under temperature from zero to **0°C.

4.     Good weld ability.

Ni≥*3%,  Cu: *8%**4%,  Fe≤2.5%,  Mn≤2.0%  

C ≤0.3%,   Si ≤0.5%,    S≤0.**4%
