1,After sales services: 1 years warranty is offered.Within the period, if failures occur due to quality problem of the screen body, send the defective parts to us and we will repair them for free. However, half of freight should be borne by our customers. Once the warranty period expires, only material cost will be charged if defective parts are sent back to us. 

2,Training: Before shipment, welcome to inspect the product in our factory and we will provide free training on installation, debugging, maintaining the screen and operating the software. 

3,Technical Support: Life-time technical support will be offered through many ways, such as e- mail, online guide, video, phone etc. We can also arrange our technician to your side to guide the installation if needed. However, the related cost will be collected.
