Place two bin bag into the plastic buckets, ****0litre bin bag will be suitable for each bucket. Open the battery compartment at the bottom of the lid and insert four "D" type batteries. Turn on the power switch located on the rear of the lid. The red indicator light will stay on for 3 seconds, and then flash once every three seconds to show that it is working. If you want to close the lid again simply press the "close" and the circuit system will return to automatic operation.
