Main Features

Recovered SF6 gas can be stored in liquid state
SF6 gas recovery down to < 1 mbar
Enable to fill a *0L cylinder within **8 mins
Dry filter and Particle filter used to clean the recovered SF₆ gas
System is equipped with electronic digital weighing device, measure the refilled and recovered SF₆ gas in real-time.
Device is equipped with a digital vacuum gauge to accurately display the vacuum degree.
The vacuum pump is with an anti-return oil valve to prevent oil return.
Oil-Free compressor, avoid SF6 gas been contaminated
