JH series automatic shearwelders , covering a range from *0 to ***0 mm wide and 0.6 to *2.0 mm thick metal strip , provide a low cost method to join coil ends together in a minimum cycle time for non-stop mill operation.In this process,the trailing end of the leading coil passing through the accumulator and the leading end of the next coil from uncoiler are cut&welded at sheaaring &welded station and these processing actions are controlled by PLC control.
