Investment casting in steel, aluminium, zinc and brass from wax patterns produced via silicon rubber tooling. Traditional foundry waxes are used so that no special processes are required.
Sand cast aluminium parts using either an SLA as the master or via traditional pattern tooling.
Plaster cast zinc and aluminium components, particularly suitable where a high degree of accuracy and detail are required. Tolerances and surface finish comparable to precision die cast parts
CNC machining.
