Materia Medica : How to use Asphaltum - Uses and Benefits
Single Herb:
Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) for Impotence, Infertility
take 1/6 tablespoon powdered Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) and dissolve in a cup of boiled hot water or milk.
Take twice a day.

Avoid during summers.

Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) for Spermatorrhea
Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) boosts the immunity and prevents the semen leakage.
If the problem is serious : Have a pinch of Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) with lukewarm milk at night on alternate days. After a week or two have it on weekly basis only.
If the problem is in its initial stages : Take Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) only on weekly basis.
Note : You may take Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) even if you don't have any problem on alternate days in winters only. It strengthens the immunity.

Terminalia Bellirica : Baheda : 1 tablespoon
Powder them together. Have 2 pinches twice a day.
Herbal Treatment Libido Loss Male 3
Take the following herbs :
Asphaltum : Shilajit : 2 tablespoons
Indian Spider Plant : Safed Musli : 2 tablespoons
Saffron : Kesar : 1/4 teaspoon
Asparagus : Shatavari : 2 tablespoons
Powder them together. Take 1/4 teaspoon twice a day with milk for 2 months.
Note : You may continue this medicine after a gap of 3 months, if problem persists.
Herbal Treatment Impotence 6
Take *0 grams Asphaltum, *0 grams Indian Spider Plant, *0 grams Asparagus Racemosus and 4 to 5 grams Saffron. Grind them together. Take half teaspoon with milk once a day for 2 months.
Note : You may continue this medicine after a break of 2 or 3 months, if needed.
Herbal Treatment Oligospermia 4
Mix 5 tablespoons Asphaltum (powdered), 5 tablespoons Indian Spider Plant (powdered), 5 tablespoons Asparagus Racemosus (powdered) and 5 pinches Saffron. Take half teaspoon with milk twice a day for 3 months.
Note : If problem persists, you may continue after 3 months.

Take following herbs in mentioned quantity :

**0 g Acacia Concinna ( Shikakai )
*0 g Bacopa Monnieri ( Brahmi )

*0 g dried Pomegranate peel ( Anar ka chilka )

Soak them overnight in any Iron bowl. Grind to make paste. Apply it on your Hair and Scalp. Wash after 3 hours with lukewarm water. Do not use shampoo. You may use Shampoo next day.

Add the extract of the following two herbs :
Indian Spider Plant ( Safed Musli ) : Extract : 1 tablespoon
Asphaltum ( Shilajit ) : Extract : 1 tablespoon
Store in a glass jar. Leave it for a week. After a week, take 2 pinches with a glass of lukewarm milk on alternate nights before going to bed.
These two pinches will relieve you of stress, enhance your mood, remove depression and lead you to a bout of healthy sex.
Note 1. This is not a classic aphrodisiac. It is not to be used like viagra or cialis. It should not be considered a love potion. This combination is to improve your overall health.
