The product is the first aluminum composite material with a lacquer system optimization. The substrate can be directly used for digital printing, digital soar surface enhanced UV and solvent ink adhesion. UV board dedicated to digital printing with the ACP, with a smooth surface and glossy, superior print clarity, and salient characteristics of ink absorption capacity. Aluminum composite panel as dedicated high-end digital printing are new dynamic advertising material.
Raw Materials
Basic aluminum : high-strength aluminum alloy
Plastic core: no-toxic low density polyethylene
Surface coating: EVE, PE paint
Method of Processing and Construction
Surface preparation: film sticking, screen printing; Range of processing temperature**0c**0c.
Method of processing : blade cutting, edge plane, CNC cutting &molding, drilling, punching, arc pressing, grooving &flanging.
Method of construction : bonding, chucking, riveting or bolting by Aluminum sections.
