Silicone
modified, Acrylic emulsion based, matt looking exterior wall
paint. Superior endurance to atmospheric circumstances and pollution. Superior breathing ability. Superior covering. The colors do not fade, crack. Water repellent; provides rain to slide away without wetting the wall. Resistant againt mildew and algae growth on walls. Long lasting, resists to UV rays, rain, heat and frost, thus retains its original properties for years without cracking, blistering and fading. Provides matt, smooth surfaces. Silicone content enables deep penetration under the surface reducing water absorption. |

It can be
applied on plaster, perfusion, scrapped rendered, mosaic,
concrete, gross concrete, betopan, previously painted surfaces that can receive it and terasit type surfaces. |

| Surface Preparation |
The surface
must be sound, clean, dry and be able to receive
it. Cracks etc. should be repaired with SartaÅŸ exterior crack filling paste. New surfaces should be primed with SartaÅŸ acrylic exterior primer or silicone exterior primer diluted ****5% with water. Old painted and chalky surfaces should be pre-treated with SartaÅŸ acrylic(silicone) transparent primer (Dilute with 1/3 with water). It must be waited for 4 weeks for newly plastered surfaces. The setting time must be conformed to for cement based products. |

| Applications |
It is
applied with brush, roller or spraying. Solvent free and practically odourless. Clean the tools with water. |

It must be
applied by diluting with *5 % clean water. (For brush and roller application) |

| Important Detail |
Care must
be taken that the surface temperature is between *5°C and
**0°C during application. The surface should be protected from rain and frost during application and drying periods and the application should be done in windy conditions under direct sun light. |
