Control unit of system is mounted on control cabinet of supporting hydraulic system, contributing to high safety performance

Stroke is under control of high-precision electronic caliper which can vary the stroke of screen piston precisely through corresponding control modules

Screen change-over duration for double-position quick screen changer≤2 seconds

Filter area is optional from *0 to **0mm

Four-position dual-column screen changer enables no-stop screen changing and has filter area twice larger than that of single screen, especially fit for high-capacity extruding line which can extrude **0 to 2,**0kg per hour

Suitable for almost all polymer medias, including PC, PMMA, PET, PS, t- and flat-die
