الوصف

Electric wire rope hoist is a type of material handling equipment, installed on a single beam crane, linear curve stranded beams or it can be used at the hoisting mechanism of double beam crane, gantry crane, linear crane for material handling by industrial and mining enterprises, railways, and warehouses, etc. The lifting capacity of single speed electric wire rope hoist is 0.5 to *2 ton and the working class is M3 and M4.

Features:

The main features of electric wire rope hoist are as follow:

1. On lifting motor

·        Asynchronous conical rotor motor is installed on electric wire rope hoist and the inside brake is also ensure the safety of the hoist.

·        Large toque, stable operation, compact structure, small size, light weight

·        Effective braking, safe operation, easy maintenance

·        High safety with B or F class insulation, IP*4, IP*4 protection.

2. On travelling motor

The travelling motor of electric wire rope hoist has the features of stable starting, effective braking, with fully covered B or F Class insulation, IP*4, IP*4 protection, IC***1 self-cooling, etc.

3. On lifting reducer

·        High quality three-level dead axle helical gear rotating body ensures long serving life.

·        Gear and axle is made of high intensity alloy steel which had been treated with heat.

·        Box and cover are made from superior cast iron.

·        Lifting reducer has great speed ration and high accuracy.

·        Lifting reducer has compact structure, and is quiet during operation with high working efficiency.

·        It is easy to assemble and disassemble.

4. On rope drum.

·        Weld rope drum is light in terms of dead weight.

·        Coil casing is made from superior cast iron with high intensity.

·        Rope guide is used to avoid intertwining of wire rope and ensure the normal operation of electric wire rope hoist.

·        No disturbance between rope sockets and has long working life.

·        The rope drum is high quality and is easily interchangeable.

5. On steel wire rope.

The wire rope of electric wire rope hoist is mad of GB/T *********6(6**7*1) hoisting wire rope, with the features of anti-tensile, good flexibility and good resistance to impact, long working life.
