Sipcolac Super Synthetic Enamel

Sipcolac Super Synthetic Enamel, as name indicates, is the Best Synthetic Enamel based on carefully selected & tested raw materials & gives a perfect finish and a hard mirror-like gloss that repels water & sun, dust and moisture. The paint can withstand extreme climatic conditions faced in our country. It has excellent levelling property.
It is extensively used and recommended for finishing railway coaches, trucks, transport coaches, machinery & equipments, shining sign boards and hoardings as the gloss & finish withstand scorching heat & torrential rain.

Sipcolac Super Synthetic Enamel is excellent for painting doors and windows, furniture & fixtures, industrial products such as electric motors machinery, fans where superior gloss is required and frequent cleaning is necessary. Its gloss retention properties are unique.
Sipcolac Super Synthetic Brilliant White is for exclusive use as white for doors and windows, fixtures, furniture etc. and is truly the White that stays White for years.

Surfacers to be Painted	: Metal, Wood, Plaster & variety of other Surfacers.
Viscosity of Supply	0±5 Seconds at 0°C by Ford Cup B4.

Primer/Surfacer to be used	:For Metals Under White & Pastel Shades. Sipcolite White Primer for Metal. Sipcolite White under coating for Wood/Metal. :For Other Shades Sipcolac Metal Primer RP1. Sipcolac Red Oxide Zinc Chromate Primer RP5. :For Wood Sipcolite White Surfacer for Wood. Sipcolite Pink Surfacer for Wood. :For Plaster Sipcolite White Surfacer for Cement.
Methods of Application	:Brush, dip, spray or roller.
Covering Capacity(on prepared smooth milld steel surface)	:5 to 2 sq. mt/tr per coat at ****2 microns thickness (depending upon the surface & shade used)
Dyring Time	:Surface Dry-Less than 3 hours Hard Dry-Less than *2 hours. This property depend upon the ambient temperature and humidity.
Flash Point	:Above 5°C (5 °F)
Directions For Use	:Ensure that the surface is free from rust, grease, moisture & loose particles After priming the surface apply Sipcolac Enamel, On previous painted Surfacers Primer/Surfacer is not necessary. Allow a minimum time of **2 hours before application of the second coat. To get mirror like gloss, the first coat should be wet rubed with water proof paper no. ****0 before the second coat is given.
