Six-Axis Die-Casting Robot Product Features

1.    The new design of our company six-axis robot can perform multiple degrees of freedom, inserts, spray task, specially designed for the die casting in harsh environments.

 

2.    Pickup gripper is controlled by two servo motors without being limited by the space, it can freely control the angle of **0 degrees, and can be removed and inserted into different products, the standard model can be used to grab a number of different size products.

 

3.    Spraying controlled by the independent nozzles, it can achieve multi-segment, fix point, before and after independence spray.

 

4.    Full servo motor control minimizes the time and increases productivity which has good load capacity, high-speed operation, suitable for the high tonnage die-casting machine. The Standard robot moves the fastest speed up to 2.5 m/s. Position tolerance is±0.*5 mm. Large-scale type robot moves the fastest speed up to 1.5 m/s. The position tolerance is±0.*5 mm.
