SJW**0 High Pressure Jet Grout Drilling Rig:

We are drilling machine manufacturer, in the filed of construction machinery over *0 years. This grouting drilling machine is a very helpful foundation equipment.  It's not only base on our other jet grout drill machine, but also according to construction step: jet grouting - anchor - anti floating anchor, is a multi function drilling rig.

3. Main Charaters

1) Anxilliary Tower 

A. The anxiliary t tower of SJW**0 jet grout drill rig is high, which achieves *6 m. It can assemble *4 m drill rod at a time and is applicable to a wide range of strata.

B. It is easy to assemble, just need 2 hours can make sure this drill machine from transport condition to be in vertical work condition.

C.This tower was standard designed, 4 sections can be freely combined into 5meters, *5 meters, *0 meters.

2) Walking way:  Special technology applied in framework moving is to use no sleeper during the process of drilling moving which may  greatly reduce the intensity of labour and cost of construction and raise the operating efficiency. Compared with traditional drilling rig, this high pressure jet grouting drilling rig can walk longer, faster and more stably.

3) It has higher rotary speed and can be controlled stably. Because of big torque, the depth of high pressure jet grouting drilling rig is deeper. Depending on big power, this rig can be applicable for more engineering construction.

4) Due to good hydraulic cooling system, do not need to worry about hydraulic system error caused by high oil temperature.

5) Big through hole power head  Through hole is in *2mm, *9mm drilling rod can easily drill through, apply for triple jet and anchor construction. Also can use *9 steel pipe for anchor bolt construction.

6) Use hydraulic chuck, the drill tools are easy to replace.

7) Our cost price is lower than other company’s owing to quantity manufacturing, thus we can provide good quality rig but satisfying price.
