SKB Mattress border overlocking machine


Main application and performance:

This machine is mainly used to flange the mattress border. It has two independent flanging/sewing head, flanging/sewing head driving by inverter, feeding by the polyurethane rollers, winding synchronously, auto-cutting excessive material. Additionally, it is equipped with a waste-collecting device by vacuum, thread broken detection device and material plice auto-stop device.

1) Installation & Commissioning: The seller can provide the installation, commissioning 

and training service in buyer's factory, while the buyer needs to pay for VISA application, 

air ticket, accommodation, USD**0/day/person as commissioning fee, and (if necessary) 

interpreting fee for sellers technician. 

2)  After one year, the buyer needs to pay USD**0/day/person as service charge, as well

 as the fee of VISA application, air ticket , accommodation, and (if necessary) interpreting 

fee for sellers technician.

2. Warranty:For the machine above,the seller provides one year warranty starting from the 

moment the seller dispatches the machines. For the detailed guarantee period of each 

part, please refer to the operation manual.Wearing parts,consumption material and the

 damage incurred by the buyer's incorrect operation are out of warranty range.
