How to use this sleep aid device?

1. Turn off all the lights in the room, except for the flickering light. Let the flickering light shed a soft glow on the ceiling.

2. Take a deep breath and synchronize your breathing with the change in the glow of the flickering light until you fall asleep naturally. (Breathing pattern: inhale-hold your breath-exhale.)

3. Remember to focus on your deep breath and follow the flick-ering light on the as a guide, rather than focusing on the sleep itself. Choose the Sound/Light Sync Mode or Sound-Only Mode when there are other noises disturbing your sleep.

4. The sound of  White Noise and  Bonfre is effective against colored noise and helpful in creating suitable sleeping sur-roundings for sound sleep.
