The slurry pump body adopts a double-layer pump casing (double-layer metal structure inside and outside). The double-pump casing shell structure is a vertical center-opening type. The water outlet position can be installed and used in 8 different positions by rotating at *5° intervals. The pump body is also made of high-chromium alloy, which is the strongest and most durable and has a longer service life.

The impeller is the most important flow-passing component of the slurry pump. Its main function is to transfer the energy of the prime mover to the liquid. Slurry pump impellers generally consist of three parts: hub, blades and cover plates. They can be made of different materials, such as cast iron, stainless steel, etc. Nowadays, impellers made of high-chromium alloy are processed through various processes such as heat treatment and machining. The wear resistance of the impeller is improved and the service life of the impeller is extended.
