Unlike cheap spray color, our brush color skill retained the original wood grain on the ukulele, together with the smooth satin finish makes them look extremely attractive. This series ukulele is within our low price range but guaranteed good quality as usual, it sounds amazing and very comfortable to hold, easy to carry around and a big fun to play with.

1.What is the minimum order quantity ?
No MOQ for sample trail order.
For bulk order also no MOQ if we have in stock of the models you order, otherwise it depends on different products.
OEM orders with your own private logo will require MOQ which is negotiable.
Generally ****0pcs for glossy finish solid wood ukuleles and **0pcs for satin finish laminated wood ukuleles, please email us to discuss more.

2.How long is the quality guarantee ?
Thank you for choosing fine quality VTAB Instruments. We take pride in the quality of our instruments and we assure you that each instrument is crafted with the highest components and workmanship. We usually send extra spare parts for wholesale orders and provide quality guarantee for one year.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, neglect, accident or subject to extreme temperatures or humidity. We will of course support you to solve any quality issue.

3.How long is the lead time?
We usually stock some VTAB brand ukuleles and these will only take less than one week to ship.
For out of stock products and OEM orders, it will take around *0 days for satin finish ukuleles and around *0 days for glossy finish ones.

4.What is your payments terms ?
New customers *0% deposit and *0% balance before shipment.
After co-operation for some time and we build mutual trust we can discuss further.

5.What is the payment methods?
Telegraphic Transfer or Paypal

6. Shipment options
The cheapest method is by sea, usually takes around one month.
Other options are Air shipments and Express shipments if you need the products urgently.
If you have your own forwarder, we'll be happy to work with them to arrange shipments for you, otherwise we can also help you find one, or just use our own shipping company that we cooperated with for long time.

7, What is your packing?
Our ukuleles are packed in a soft padded gig bag and shipped with firm Kraft paper box then put on pallets to prevent any damage.
