Built with dedicated LED driver with PWM constant current supply to ensure longer operating life and to minimize brightness deterioration due to over-driven, unlike many other designs where only normal rectifier and simple RC circuit is employed. Any individual LED failure will not cause other LEDs in working condition to black ***** is an added advantage over other designs. Direct plug-in replacement for conventional T8 Fluorescent tube ***** with electrical or magnetic ballast if there is negative impact on PF value or blinking. Not recommended for fixtures with electronic ballest/starter due to much higher ***** internal wiring of such fixture must be reconnected to have the electronic ballast/starter removed.
