              Q: What to do if the machine has a problem?
                A:*4 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. If the mechanical spare parts broken belong to non-artificial factors within *2 months and the electrical spare parts with 6 months, we offer free replacement and the customers should bear the freight. If beyond the guarantee period, customers should bear the freight back and forth and accessories cost.

                Q: How long is the warranty of your equipment? 
                A: Our warranty period : Mechanical spare part is one year and Electrical spare parts is half year generally.

                Q: What is your payment term?
                A: Our usual payment term is: 50% TT in advance, TT Balance need to be paid before shipment.

                A: Our usual price is based on FOB qingdao seaport,China, if you request CIF, please give us your delivery port, and we will give you CIF price
