الوصف

1、Chemical name： Dihydrous trisodium *-hydroxy propane*1,2,*-tricarboxylate sodium citrate.



2、Molecular formula： Na 3C6H5O7· 2H2O



3、Molecular weight： **9.*0
4、Character： Colourless or white crystalline granule or crystalline powder odourless; taste salty and acid; soluble in water, difficulity in ethanol; slightly deliquescence in moist air, PH7.**8.6 in 5% apueous solution,when heated to **0℃,it may lose crystal water.

5、Uses：In food processing industry, it is used as buffer, chelate agent, nutrient additive, emulsifier, flavor for yoghurt. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used as anticoagulant and as preservative in syrup manufactured goods, buffer acidity acid in cold drink prevent acid in dairy products, used as binder in cheese and minced meat, acid coagulant in jellies and jam, emulsifier and stabilizer, in cheese and ioe cream. 
6、Packing：It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner and a compound plastic woven bag as theouter layer. The net weight of each bag is *5kg. 
7、Storage and transport ：Kept in tightly-closed containsrs, it should be stored in a dry and ventilative Warehouse, kept away from moistrue and hot, furthermore, it shuold be sctored separately from poisonous substances. Handled with care, so as to avoid damage to Bags.
