INTRODUCTION:

BXM****2M1Y is a Semiautomatic solar module laminator. The lamination cycle can be controlled by a PLC. The operator works the program through the touch-screen to control the cycle to see the processing data 

BENEFIT:

1.PLC + Touch screen control system;
2.All parameters are setup on the touch-screen;
3.The touch-screen display a diagram with all vacuum and temperature values;
4.Air pressure are adopted for the upper chamber drive system, ensuring smooth and safe operation;
5.Adopt thermal Oil heating plate system, it provides uniform plate temperature accuracy; 
6.Conductive Oil heating station is separated with the machine; 
7.Overheating sensor is attached for the heating plate and a disconnection detector is mounted to the heater for the heating plate;
8.Special connecting system for that the Silicon Membrane can be changed within *0 minutes. 
9.With two vacuum pump, when the vacuum degree reaches the setting data, they can be stopped automatically.
