If a set of tens of kilowatts of solar water pumping system is applied to replace the same power diesel pump, it takes only a few years to retrieve its initial investment, and will enjoy a free running hereafter.

Manna Solar’s ® solar photovoltaic water pumping system has obtained many patent technologies by adopting a number of latest technologies in related fields. In the late ***0s, it was successfully applied by the national Ministry of Science and Technology in the assistant project in Zimbabwe. In recent years, Manna Solar has achieved plentiful experience by setting up many demonstrations in different countries and regions after continuous deep research and development. Meanwhile, we have completed the first photovoltaic water pumping system in China- Golden Sun Project, which has been successfully checked in ***1. Manna Solar’s ® solar photovoltaic water pumping system makes full use of solar photovoltaic power to drive the pump for drawing and pumping, supplying water for fields such as daily use in rural areas, agricultural irrigation, ecological construction of windbreak and sand fixation and water treatment.The technologies of solar photovoltaic water pumping system by Manna Solar® can meet most of the water needs, covering application in different powers and pump types, such as deep well water drilling and drainage in rivers and lakes.
Manna Solar’s ® solar photovoltaic water pumping system is continuously upgrading its power level on the basis of its current achievements, and keeping on the research and perfection of technologies in design, detection and related engineering. The product series enjoy China’s independent intellectual property right. We’re making efforts to turn it into an influential and high-quality photovoltaic product in the world.
The system is composed of photovoltaic arrays, control inverter, submersible pumps, and water tank or pipe network.
â– The system contains no battery energy storage for the sake of the low maintenance cost.
â– A high-efficient AC submersible pump is adopted to meet the different requirement of lift and flow. Compared with DC pump, it features a larger power, a wider range of pumps selection, and easy maintenance.
â– The system boosts Maximum Power Point Tracking of solar energy (MPPT), which can automatically regulate its operating power according to the sunshine to acquire the best power.
â– The system has realized the transmission of remote monitoring data of global GPRS, so that a real-time supervision of the operation of the system has also been achieved. Meanwhile, the service and management have been both improved.
â– The system features a real-time monitor of the record of voltage, power and electric quantity of photovoltaic arrays, the frequency, speed and flow of water pump, and also the detection and protection of the operating temperature of the equipment.

â– An unattended system has achieved by adopting automatic control, including the daily startup and shutdown, automatic closing of water tank if it is filled up or of well in case of lacking of water, etc.

â– The system also possesses the switch between photovoltaic and net electric or diesel generator, and also provides some daily power supply to solve people’s difficulties of life due to lack of power.
 

The main parts including water pump, solar energy module, control inverter, and photovoltaic arrays.

â–  The system is formed with different power levels. The largest flow of deep well submersible pump can reach **0m³/h,and the raising capacity can reach as high as **0 meters. The system can also be applied in other pumps besides deep well submersible pump.

â–  The system is designed in order to meet the different operating mode of water pumps.The power of water pump depends on the raising capacity and flow, while the solar energy module and control inverter are based on the different levels of power of water pump.

â–  The system controller can maximize the power of photovoltaic, and control the operation of water pump; meanwhile, it can detect and collect all the operating data.The control inverter, used to transfer DC power to AD power, is a supply apparatus to drive the water pump and alternating current motor with other uses.

â–  The choice of solar energy water pump system should be based on the power of water pump, which is different under the same flow but different requirement for lift, and vise versa.
