DESCRIPTION The soya bean, or “hilum”, has a yellow peel. It is used, among other products, for the soymilk and has a high level of proteins (between *0% and *2%). The moisture level reaches *2%. Grains with high level of protein: in addition to the « classical » grains, we propose numerous varieties of soya with a level of protein from *2.5 to *4.5%. They are ideal for the fabrication, among others, of Tofu. The level of moisture remains at *2%.
