Application:

Application Example 1
Wheel: 1A1 **5**0**0*7 D*4, *8m/s
Machine: Dn**0 CNC tool grinder with *-axis
Workpiece:  four-flute end mill,φ*6***0mm, Carbide,  Flute Length**5mm, Center diameter 8mm, Front angel *5°,Spiral angel *5°
Feed rate: *5mm/min
Feed depth: 4mm
Result: Flutes are ground by one cut, no smoke and no noise during grinding, no burn on workpiece

Machine: Dn**0 CNC tool grinder with *-axis
Workpiece:  Two-flute end mill,φ*2***0mm, HSS,  Flute Length **5mm, Center diameter 6mm, Front angel *2°,Spiral angel *5°
Feed rate: *5mm/min
Feed depth: 3mm
