The spiral series quick-frozen equipment is designed according to the standard of HACCP, the well-selected materials and perfect in workmanship effectively ensure the health and safety of the foods. This equipment which has the character includes advanced and reasonable structure, smaller floor area, special blowing form, the sound heat-exchange effect, the effective utilization rate of the energy consumption, the fast frozen speed and the stable performance is one style of energy-efficient quick-frozen equipment. There are several kinds and specifications of it variable from **0kg/h to ***0kg/h. Further more, we can design different Spiral Freezers according to customers’specific requirement.

The quick-freezing of the spiral quick-frozen equipment is widely used in the Monomerfreezing of the products such as sea food、pastry、baking、meat、poultry、repared food、vegetable、fruit、dairy、ice cream and so on.

 

Structure  Characterristics

Flexible double stainless steel insulation sandwich panel cabinet、Special air flow designation

The insulation cabinet is composed by foamed PU and coated by stainless steel sheet. The cabinet door has double seal rods and equipped with heater, firm lock connection, good integrity and insulation effects.

The designation of the spiral tower and baffle plates outside the evaporator is a symmetrical and smooth cycle air flow, which enhances the product heat exchange efficiency and ensure no cool air from the entrance of the infeed and outfeed. Further more, the operator can enter into the cabinet to check the running condition when the equipment was running.

 

High strength mesh belt、Complete stainless steel structure

The net belt is manufactured with SUS**4 stainless steel spring rod by imported machine.

The product can be put on the mesh belt directly to freeze. The smooth mesh fulfills the minimum marks on the products.

There are baffle edges on both sides of the link flakes of the mesh belt, which can prevent the products or basins from dropping down from the belt.

The net belt automatic tension make the net belt has stable performance in the common and low temperature.

The spiral structure components includes sprocket for main drive, chain, net belt drive bearing and bearing block are all made by stainless steel, with high assembly precision and stable performance.

 

Complete aluminum evaporator facilitate to clean

The evaporator tubes and all made by complete aluminum or aluminum-alloy. The large fins, which easy to clean, assure the hygiene requirement.

Different fin pitches and large bellowing area avoid frost and prolong the defrosting interval time.

 

Complete structures

Bottom-joint water plate is made of stainless steel plate, Chlorid arc welding use the continuous welding, firm without laekage, the bottom was designed with natural slope for easily drain and cleaning.

The special design of the pillar supporting bar create the characteristic of strong support, sturdiness and durability.

Circular air flue ventilate smoothly, the high utilization rate of cool wind, small energy consumption make the heat exchange efficiency between the cool wind and processing food to the best effect.

The fin with air flocculated flow structure, Tubular and high flanging pipe hole with torx appearance.

Reliable transmission control

Transmission mechanisms adopted with bevel wheel and hardened reducer, strong transfer torque, high efficiency, low noise, long operation life and stable performance.

High-strength stainless main transmission chan, coarse pitch, and stable and reliable operation performance.

The transmission belt is made of high strength and food grade stainless steel wire, the surface is smooth and beautiful, nondestructive to food, the chain link is made in high standard, strong, long-operation life.
