Compared with conventional casting, spray forming produces a fine and homogeneous grain-sized microstructure that exhibits superior mechanical properties. It has seen extensive applications in the metal, engineering, aeronautical and defence industries.
 
HMR supplies spray forming ***5 aluminium alloy billet in various sizes, with a maximum size Φ**0mmX***0mm. Rolled, extruded and forged products of the alloy are available. Components using the alloy can be made to order. Maximum capacity of alloy billet is 2,**0 tons per year.
