SP*****1 Spray PU Foam, which is high-quality oriented, multi-purpose expanding polyurethane foam. Sepuna's best seller applied to all seasons. It is based on moisture curing polyurethane, containing safety propellant, with high expansion yield to utmost *0 liters, the post-expansion is quite low to prevent deformation. The foam that dispenses from aerosol can is moisture cured and draws humidity from the air for cure. PU foam is widely used for filling joints between walls, ceilings, floors and gaps around pipes, windows and doorframes. Foam can be cut once fully cured, provides excellent bond to lumber, plywood, concrete, metals, masonry and other substrates.

Operation
PREPARATION FOR USE

Substrate must be clean, firm, free of loose particles and free of dust, grease and mold release agents. Surfaces not to be foamed must be protected. Shake cans well before using.

Application method

1. Shake can well to make the foam ready for use
2. Clean the substrate and spray some water on it
3. Screw foam dispenser on tightly and turn can upside down
4. Vertical fills the gaps from the bottom upwards
5. Foam is tack-free (dry to the touch) in 8 minutes in temperatures between **8º C and **5º C (*5º F ~*7º F). Higher temperatures will result in faster curing times
6. Remove fresh foam over spray with Sepuna Foam Cleaner or solvents such as acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
Remark: For gun/professional foam, an additional foam gun dispenser is needed to spray (Needs to buy separately). In such case, you may also need to buy foam cleaner to clean the gun adapter after use.


Attention of operation
Contents are under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate. Do not place in hot water or near radiators, stoves or other sources of heat.
Use only in well-ventilated areas. Wear impervious gloves, protective eyewear, and suitable work clothes when using. Read all instructions and safety information (MSDS) prior to use of any product. The product contains no formaldehyde. Cured foam is non-toxic.

For safety reasons, please wear protective gloves as well as goggles before using Spray PU foam, and do not draw them off until the whole procedure is finished.
