FG Resonate-style Composite-Vibrating Screen Series

Character performance:

1. This kind of screen, patented product of our company, is applied double degree of freedom resonance principle and designed to utilize a single vibrating resource(vibrating motors) to drive whole screen to generate composite-vibration composed of linear vibration of screen box and mesh vibration stricken by vibrating rod raw. Vibrating parameters can be controlled through frequent conversion. 

2. This type screen has many advantages, such as unique vibrating mode, low power consumption, high screening efficiency, large throughput, advanced technology, simple structure, and reliable operation, is one of the most advanced equipment in the field of fine material screening.

4. Wet classification screen series, mainly being applied to fine materials classifying in the beneficiation plant, can be designed according to the site requirement as to 1 to 5stacks screen. Dewatering series is most utilized to dewatering processing of tailings, quartz and coal slime, generally designed as single stack. Dry screen series is mainly applicable in fine material (**0mm) classification in coal construction materials, chemical products and other fields, generally designed as single stack.
