Introduction to metal clad plate: metal clad plate is a new product combined by carbon steel as basic level and stainless steel or other non-ferrous metals as multiple layer (for example: aluminum, copper, Nickel, Titanium, Zirconium, Tantalum, etc). Both metals formulate solid metallurgical bonding. Composite plate can be processed by hot pressing, cold bending, cutting and welding, and it features good processing property. Its prominent feature is that it has high strength as carbon steel and corrosion resistance as stainless steel; it saves project investment, serving as ideal material for manufacturing various chemical containers. So far it is widely used in petrochemical engineering, water conservancy and electric power, food and drug, paper making and salt industry, expressway template and municipal engineering.

Production method: there are two approaches for industrial production of stainless steel clad plate, which are explosive cladding and hot rolling cladding. Manufacturing technique of explosive cladding is that put stainless steel plate on carbon steel plate, there must be certain distance between stainless steel plate and carbon plate, producing high temperature and high pressure to weld interfaces of two materials in solid phases. Hot rolling composite board is rolling under high vacuum condition when carbon steel and stainless steel plate are in physical pure state. During rolling process, both metals diffuse, complete metallurgical bonding is achieved.

Basic layer/multiple layer material and materials of various thicknesses can have any combinations, but its basic layer and multiple layer proportion, its length and width can be customized as required.

Production cycle: generally, *0 days for rolling plate; *0 days for explosive plate. It can be arranged according to orders and production schedule. For large-batch orders, it can be delivered in batches.
