Stainless Steel Grating is widely used in industrial plants and engineering projects, which require materials with high corrosive resistance. Stainless Steel Grating is of the same grade and type with Corten Steel, while it is made by the Stainless Steel Alloy **4, **4L, **6 and **6L.
Specification of stainless steel grating:

1. The shape of bearing bar: Plain type (may be omitted in the symbol of steel grating), serrated type and I-Shape type
   2) Bearing bar pitches can be *2.5, *5, *0, *0, *0.*6, *2.5, *4.3, *0, *0mm, of which *0mm & *0mmare recommended.
   3) Cross bar pitches can be *8, *0, *0,**0mm, of which *0mm & **0mm are recommended.
   4)Tolerance
   The allowed deviation of length is *0/*5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/*5 mm.
   The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than *0% of width of bearing bar.
   Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.
   5) Surface Finish:
   Stainless steel grating will have a mill finish, since after the welding finish the welded area produces a discoloration on the surface, only after Electro-polishing the discoloration can be removed.
