  We are mainly using AISI **6 (1.***1) which is widely used in the marine, food and medical,industries. 

Other materials according to ASTM, DIN or special materials can also be used on demand and request of customers.

  As surface treatment, electropolishing brushed polishing and mirror polishing as well as machining are applicable. 

We supply for company in Velbert and Ennepetal, Germany since ***2. All of our products meet European Union RoHS standards. Product features are as follows:

  The chemical composition of Stainless steel precision casting is consistent with the German industrial standard DIN EN ****8

  All the casting dimensional tolerances are in accordance with German Foundry Association standards VDG P**0.

  Products are tested by ***0 hours of salt spray test DIN ****1 and DIN ****8 1 cycle of DIN ****8 atmospheric environment containing sulfur dioxide condensate - alternating climate test ( Kesternich Test ).

  Product environmental performance is in line with EU REACH environmental directive (***5/*0/EC)

MSDS of Products (consistent with ISO ****4 by the chemical safety data sheets)
can be provided upon request of customer. 

  We  can provide quotations and products samples according to original sample, products drawing and/or 3D models from custermers.
