Stainless Steel Tank is a sterile system, avoiding the pollution of the microorganism in the air and greatly lengthening the shelf life and original flavor of the product. There is agitator, temperature controller, pH probe, Manhole Cover, Straight Sight Glass on the Tank. It is composed of four layers: Liner Layer, Jacketed Layer, Insulation Layer and Shroud Layer. It can be heated by steam or electric. The Jacketed Layer is separated into two sections: one section is to hot steam and other one is to cooling water. The Solenoid Pilot Actuated Valve will control the exchange.
