Product Introduction
HID**2 series VFD is a kind of constant pressure variable frequency drive which combine frequency changing system and intellegent water supply system and which is specialized in water supply system. HID**8 Series Specialized Servo Drive for Injection Molding Machine

Product Introduction
The design of this product is based on the HID**0A series with closed loop vector control algorithm of the Permanent magnet synchronous motor. The product accumulates an appropriative control card and can be used in servo motor control in the servo hybrid injection molding machine. It can accurately control the rating current, pressure instruction, the pressure feedback signal and the motor speed, which provides the molding machine with enough pressure and current to realize on-demand fuel feeding. As a result, the spill losses can be reduced, which can produce molding machine fast and accurately with energy conservation.
Function Features
1. Providing enough motive force to the modeling machine automatically, on-demand fuel feeding, reducing the fill losses, conserving electricity *0%~*5% comparing with the traditional pump.
2.Fast dynamic response, bringing in vector controlling technology, improving production efficiency by solving the problem which production cycle is prolonged with the V/F control.
3.The distribution technology makes it possible for molding machine to complete more than two actions at the same time, which can shorten the production cycle, thus improve the production efficiency.
