Metal Bucket

Features:
1)        Monobloc pressed seamless. Smooth inner surface, cleaner discharge, good overall strength.
2)        Fit for high temperature, sharp material, and big unit weight material.
3)        Primarily used for the substitution of nonmetallic buckets when heat becomes too excessive or when extremely sharp products and heavy production are carried in the bucket elevator.

Technical Information:
1. Suitable for high-speed centrifugal discharge or mixing discharge.
2. Recommended minimum bucket spacing: width of the bucket projection **5mm, which can be appropriately reduced according to elevator capacity requirement.
3. Recommended elevator line speed not less then 2.5m/s
4. Recommended using as the available capacity for engineering design.
5. Can be installed with existing plastic bucket, but balance should be considered.
