Steel grating by the grid load on certain flat steel bar and spacing Affairs with the high pressure resistance welding machine welded together on the original plate. With the character of high-intensity, light structure and good ventilation. It be widely used in corridors, bridge, ditch cover, covers, ladders, and so on.

 

Raw Material：

Grid load flat steel bar：High-quality low carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, alloy steel.

Horizontal pole：Q**5A or **4 stainless round steel, twisted square steel, square steel and hexagonal steel.

 

Classification：Welded steel grating, standard pressure lock grating, dense grating, ditch cover and ladders

 

Features：Strong steel structure made it have a high carrying capacity; With good corrosion resistance through surface by hot-dip galvanized; light structure easy to lifting; flat serrated have the character of safety and anti-slip; ventilation, lighting, heat, explosion-proof.

 

Finish treatment：Hot dipped galvanized, cold dipped galvanized, spray painting, dip anti-rust oil, can prevent oxidation.

 

Surface type：Flat type, serrated type, I shape type（According to requirement made different protective treatment).

 

Flat type: The most widely steel grating.

Serrated type: With better non-slip.

I type: On the surface, path and items not in the same flat. With the character of light weight, economic and practical.

 

Installation and fixed

Fixed steel grating have two methods: welding and installation. For without removal of permanent, could directly welded it on the supporting material. On the specific location, namely on the first root of board each corner, the welding length more than *0mm, the height no less than 3mm.

Using installation folder with the character of doesnt destroy zinc coating and easy disassembly. Each board should be used at least four installation folder. It is better to installing several installation folder for large plates. The specific choice of table:

 

 

Type A: Consists of plate with hook on the above, a plate with teeth at below and a M8 hexagon bolt.

Type B: Consists of plate with hook on the above ( one of the two hook can be enclosed with steel grating), a plate with teeth at below and a M8 hexagon bolt.

Type C: Consists of plate with hook on the above and a M8 hexagon bolt which can welded support component.

 

Application of steel grating：

• All kind of shipping, used as platform of ramp, channels, pumping stations and engine room.
