Electro Tinning Line
The continuous electro tinning refers to a procedure in which tin from stannate solution being continuously deposited onto the surface of pretreated steel strip to obtain tinning coating under the effect of electric field. The goal of this procedure is to coat a uniform tin layer onto the surface of cold rolling steel plate to resist the corrosions from outside circumstances. Tinning plate has a vast utilization, mainly in the industry of can contained food. Besides, tinning plate can be used as packaging materials in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, dyes for textile industry, industrial oil, electric appliance, instruments and military industry. Tinning plate can be welded, color coated or printed easily.
