The soild power technology have been applied to the pipe pile steel wire heat treatment line which reached the global leading level. The production procedure: rotary feeding devices feed the steel wires continuously*-safeguard canopy*-rollers straightening device*-leading device-the heating equipments*-cooling devices*-spool take up. The production line could be consituted by IGBT induction heating power supply (or SCR medium frequency power supply or both together), temperature detector devices and central control devices Advantage: • wide load adaptability simple in adjustment • the long life of main apparatus • the equipment adopts the building block struture, so the equipment is easy for in stallation and convenient for maintenance.
