M Stretch

What is M STRETCH ? M STRETCH film is a  ****7 layers pallet wrapping film that is made from a special Mettalocene Octene based Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) resin. The Mettalocene Octene resin is applied to both the two outside layers sandwiching the inner core layer. M STRETCH film is produced by a state of art Battenfield Gloucester co-extrusion machine which is fully computerized and comes equipped with MEASUREX technology to ensure that the film is of a consistent high quality.

What is M STRETCH - Coreless?

M Stretch - Coreless is the the superior quality multilayer cast stretch film, without the traditional cardboard core. This innovation allows for a lighter film roll, which saves on transportation as well as  providing an  environmental benefit, by reducing the amount of waste used in the core, all of which is done without reducing the film quality. Thus,M Stretch - Coreless offers the same  consistent high quality as M-stretch  but is lighter, cost efficienty and most importantly more eco-friendly.

What is M Stretch - PreStretch?

M Stretch - PreStretch is produced by pre-stretching the M Stretch to  provide a film tension that should not be stretched before its application. Pre-stretching process would lengthen and thin out a film prior to application to the load. M Stretch - PreStretch  production process also helps reducing the neck down of the film width, with increasing a film coverage.

Why M Stretch - PreStretch? M Stretch - PreStretch is strong, consistent and durable. M Stretch Prestrech is more user friendly, making it easier to use than normal film.  It is also provides great coverage while using minimal film.
