General Characteristics

â–  Heat transfer printing(Sublimation Printing) is different from other printing processes
in that it is essentially composed of a two step process : paper is printed with ink
capable of sublimation. Heat and pressure is applied to the printed paper and
the image on the paper is actually dyed into the white fabric or other substrate.

â–  Our Eco-Subjet ink is developed for digital printers.

â–  In general, sublimation ink has a characteristic of changing its color before and after
and the thermal transfer so that beginners can not predict the outcome from
the printed paper. However, Our Eco-Subjet ink is very close in its color printed
on a paper and transferred to a fabric or other substrate.

■ Transfer temperature of our products is about 195℃, and transfer time is about 30~40
seconds, moreover the operator can control it in accordance with the operating
efficiency and characters of the given substrates.

â–  Agreeable working environment can be achieved, because of lower small and fume
during printed and transfer.
