Description:
TY·SJ**1 is an fluoride-alkaline-type sintered flux,and its alkalinity is approximately 1.8. The flux is composed of grey ball grains. Matching with some welding wires such as 1 Cr*3,2Cr*3 and 3 Cr*3 or welding belts,it may be used in build-up welding of conticaster rolls,hot-rolled rolls and back-up rolls. It has better high-temperature slag detachability and a good appearance of weld. It possesses the following features:the alloy elements in welding wires have a full transition,and the chemical composition in welding layers is evenly distributed. Both its welding performance and metallurgical property are superior over homemade HJ**7 flux.
Cautions:
1.The welding flux must be baked for 2 hours at the temperature of ******0℃ before build-up welding.]
2.Some foreign substances such as rust,grease and moisture on the weldment should be removed before welding.
3.It should be used in build-up welding with reversed electrode DC.
4.It should be used in welding as per the build-up welding technique required by weldments.
