Performance:
gray metallic fine powder, density 7.*4g/cm3, melting point **9ºC
boiling point **7ºC, dissolving in acid, alkali and ammonia water
but not in water. It has strong reducibility and adhesive power.
It remains stable in dry air, but tends to agglomerate in moist
air and results in alkaline carbonate on the surface of the
particles.
Functions:
Superfine zinc powder is mainly used as key raw material in
zinc-rich coating,as well as in anti-corrosion, environment
protection and other high performance coating. They can be widely
applied in large steel structures, ship building, container
industries aviation, automobile, Ordinary zinc powder can be
widely applied in metallurgy,chemical
industry,pharmacy,dye,battery and other areas.
Transportation:
Stored in dry, airy warehouse without acid, alkali and
inflammables. Be cautious of moisture, water and fire during
storing and transportation.
Features:
The crystal form is regular globular structure. The surface of
the spherocrystal is smooth. It is large in specific surface
area, small in loose density and in the area of surface
oxidation. The fine powder whose grain size is smaller than *0um
is high in content. The coating materials made with it as raw
material is thin in paint film, small in consumption quantity,
smooth in surface and strong in corrosion-resisting property.
When used as reductant, it has the characteristics of stable
reaction, low consumption, less foreign matter in products and
