Intended Use

The T*2 Toxin ELISA Kit is a competitive ELISA for the quantitative analysis of T*2 Toxin in grain, nuts, cottonseed, blood and feed products.

Use Principle

The T*2 l kit is an indirect competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay. The T*2  antigen is precoated on the wells. The precoated antigen compete the T*2  antibody (antibody solution) with T*2  in the sample, anti- T*2  antibody binds to the T*2 -HRP enzyme conjugate. Then pipe the substrate solution to the wells to convert the color.

The color of unknown samples is compared to the color of the calibrators and the T*2 concentration of the samples is derived.

Scope of Application

Qualitative or quantitative analysis of T*2  in peanut, feed, edible oil, corn, etc.
