This our T***0 CNC deep hole drilling and boring machine is specially designed for processing cylindrical workpiece ， it can achieve inner hole drilling , boring ,expanding , roller and burnishing , its not only processing through holes, but also can process stepped hole, blind hole. Cutting tool (rotating) for feeding when the workpiece drilling hole , the cutting fluid through oil feeder or boring bar end into the cutting area for cooling and lubrication cutting and And take away the cutting chips . Oil feeder supply the cutting fluid when drill hole , adopt BTA inner chip removal processing form . Oil feeder and boring bar inside supply the cutting fluid, use the forward ( machine head ) take away the cutting fluid and chip removal processing .
This deep hole drilling and borning mafchine can optional for the drilling box to achieve the workpiece, tool rotation double, single action can also meet the needs of different situations processing technology, the processing efficiency can fully guarantee the processing quality with under the condition to reduced speed of the workpiece (not suitable for high-speed rotation of the workpiece),
