ET***0 Series Table-top Automatic Tray Sealer (CE Certified)

Features:

Used to seal films or foils on plastic or paper (PE) containers. (Tray, Cup, Bowl, Tub, Can)
User-friendly table-top sealer for the best space utilization.
Machines are customizeable according to the containers that provided.
Automatic tray sensing, for MAP sealing and output.
Various parameters are easy and intuitive to set up.

For example:
-Sealing temperature
-Time for delayed (after tray is sensed)
*3 Modes of film feeding, positioning & collecting.

Changeable & quick release moulds design.
Errors and malfunctions self-detecting and display.
Reliable & accountable.
Easy to clean & maintain

Optional Functions:
â— Code / date stamper
- Thermal ribbon stamping
- *7 cells (3 rolls x 9 lines)

â— MAP Gas flushing
- Replacing gas in the tray with inert gas (N2, CO2…)
- Gas flushing time parameter: 0.***0 seconds, dpending on whether O2 density is less than 1%.
- **7 cycles / min.,please refer to the capacity in the table on Page 2, which figures have already taken the variables (cycle time) into account

**5 seconds for , output & handling.
